Data & Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution & Data Architect to join our team for an initial 5 month contract to support a critical infrastructure remediation program focused on modernizing legacy systems and mitigating high-risk technology dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert solution architecture input into the evaluation and design of technology options.
- Conduct current state data analysis of legacy platforms to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop and document future-state data architecture options aligned with business and technical goals.
- Collaborate with system architects, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making across infrastructure remediation initiatives.
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in solution and data architecture within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of legacy systems and data platforms, including migration and integration strategies.
- Ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations and clear documentation.
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams on infrastructure transformation projects.

- Data Architecture - Azure DF, SQL, Databricks, Data Lake, ETL, SQL, Oracle, SSIS, SRRS, SSAS and Power BI
- Systems - Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Siebel
- Integration & Development - C#, .NET, .NET Core, Angular, React, SOAP web services, RESTful API, SOA, JSON and XML
