The RoleWe're looking for a senior, hands-on social media content creator to position Coursebox as the world's leading course creation software. You'll take full ownership of our social channels, building strategies and creating exceptional content that speaks directly to learning designers and course creators. With strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and platform-specific storytelling, you'll drive organic growth, increase brand awareness, and generate sign-ups and sales. Working closely with our leadership and marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice online and building a community that fuels long-term growth.

Grow a global AI-powered SaaS brand from PerthJoin Coursebox AI and help us power the next generation of online training courses worldwide. You'll lead our organic social media content creation and management, growing brand awareness, traffic, and sales. You'll work across social media channels with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube, plus bring your creativity to graphic design, video editing, and video production.

What you'll work on

  • Develop fresh, creative content strategies to grow our reach and influence across multiple platforms
  • Experiment with different formats (short-form, long-form, UGC) to spark conversations, engagement, and community growth
  • Build and nurture an online community of learning designers and course creators who connect with our brand
  • Explore opportunities to extend your impact into paid social campaigns, helping to test and scale what works organically
  • Collaborate with creators and manage UGC and influencer partnerships to expand our brand reach

What we're looking for

  • A creative storyteller who knows how to craft content people want to watch, share, and talk about
  • Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro, Descript, CapCut) and confident in graphic design tools like Canva (Adobe CC a plus)
  • Strong understanding of platform trends and how to adapt ideas to LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond
  • Experience fostering online communities and building authentic engagement (not just vanity metrics)
  • Bonus: knowledge of paid ads and influencer management, with an eye for how organic and paid strategies can amplify each other
