About the role

Exciting full-time opportunity to join the dynamic team at Hunter Mechanical as a Social Media/Marketing Expert & Website Manager. Based in Kenwick, WA, this multi-faceted role will see you leading the company's digital marketing strategy and website management across multiple platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement
  • Manage and continuously optimise the company's website to enhance the user experience and conversion rates
  • Monitor website analytics and social media metrics to identify opportunities and inform future marketing strategies
  • Create engaging visual and written content to share across digital channels
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, ideally within the Marketing & Communications or Digital & Search Marketing industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Passion for staying on top of the latest digital marketing trends and platforms
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, website content management systems and digital analytics platforms
  • A creative mindset and the drive to deliver innovative marketing solutions
