We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team in Perth.

This isn't a "just post pretty photos" kind of role — we want someone who understands how to make content perform and convert, not just look good.

You'll be responsible for planning, strategising, creating and reporting on social media campaigns that drive real results. We need someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram - knowing what's trending before everyone else, and knowing how to translate that into scroll-stopping, brand-building content.

You will manage our:

  • Instagram: reels, posts, broadcast channel, stories, LIVE, DMs
  • Tiktok: videos, stories, LIVE, DMs
  • Facebook

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies that grow our brand and convert audiences into customers.
  • Plan, schedule and manage content across TikTok and Instagram with precision and consistency.
  • Come up with ideas — campaigns, reels, stories, collabs — and bring them to life.
  • Confidently create content both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithms and best practices to keep our content performing.
  • Produce high-quality content using strong video editing and design skills.
  • Organize and manage campaign shoots, coordinating with the team to make things happen smoothly. Organising models, props, fully organising/planning the schedules.
  • Track and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team that values creativity, ownership and fun.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience growing social media accounts or brands on TikTok and Instagram - either a business or personal brand.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in growing social media accounts or brands is required.
  • Highly organised, proactive and takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of what performs online.
  • Advanced skills in content creation, editing (Reels, TikTok, CapCut, etc.) and copywriting for social.
  • Confident communicator who's comfortable on camera and representing the brand.
  • Naturally curious, always learning, and up to date with social media trends, sounds, and strategies.
  • Brings great energy, a strong work ethic, and pride in every piece of content they produce.
  • Perth-based — this is an in-house, casual/ part-time role.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.

This part-time role requires 20-25 hours per week commitment.
