CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Execution


• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing plans.

• Create engaging and on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions) for key social platforms.

• Schedule and publish content across multiple channels using social media management tools.

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions.

• Work with clients to identify social media opportunities that support brand growth and customer engagement.

• Plan and execute paid social campaigns in collaboration with digital specialists.

• Analyse performance data and provide insights to optimise future content and campaigns.

Content Planning & Collaboration


• Plan and manage monthly social media calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives.

• Brief and coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for content production.

• Collaborate with client teams to source stories, updates, and internal content opportunities.

• Ensure all content reflects the client's tone of voice, brand identity, and strategic direction.

Reporting & Insights


• Track and report on key social media metrics, providing clients with actionable insights.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and growth based on platform analytics.

• Stay across algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and social media trends to keep clients ahead of the curve.
