The Venue

Ascend 81 levels above Sydney to your new workplace at Infinity by Mark Best. With revolving views of the harbour and city skyline, Infinity defines modern Australian dining at its peak. The restaurant is led by Executive Chef Mark Best, one of Australia's most respected culinary figures, working alongside Head Chef Jen Kwok, the 2025 Good Food Guide Young Chef of the Year.

The Opportunity

We are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join the kitchen team in key roles:

• Chef de Partie – Larder and Grill sections

• Junior Sous Chef – supporting daily operations and mentoring junior staff

This is a rare opportunity to work with an award-winning leadership team dedicated to precision, creativity and the highest standards of Australian produce. You'll be part of a focused, collaborative kitchen with a clear vision and strong mentorship.

You


• 3 to 5 years' experience in a high-quality restaurant

• Sound understanding of contemporary Australian cuisine

• Strong technical skills and pride in consistency

• HACCP knowledge and food safety awareness

• Calm, reliable and motivated to learn

• Excellent communication and presentation
