Job Description

ZIMMERMANNis seeking a results-driven CRM Marketing Manager - Strategy to join our dynamic CRM Marketing team based at our Head Office in Sydney.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of our omnichannel CRM strategy to elevate client engagement and deliver measurable business impact. You will craft strategic client journeys and apply rigorous testing to ensure every communication is on-brand, data-informed, and performance-optimised across the entire lifecycle.

Job Requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years' experience in CRM marketing, client strategy, or a related field
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline
  • Proven ability to define and implement robust measurement frameworks and KPIs for complex CRM programs
  • Expertise in testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and performance optimisation through a "test and learn" approach
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and reporting platforms
  • Deep experience in client journey mapping, segmentation strategy, and behavioural insights

Your Impact

As CRM Marketing Manager - Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our global CRM vision.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and execution of the global CRM communications strategy and roadmap across all channels (email, SMS, mini program, outreach, and emerging platforms)
  • Owning and evolving the global segmentation strategy - defining how lifecycle, preferences, behaviours, and engagement patterns inform personalised messaging
  • Designing and optimising end-to-end client journeys tailored to lifecycle stages, loyalty tiers, browsing behaviour, and preferences
  • Creating and managing a robust testing framework across all CRM touchpoints, including A/B and multivariate testing, with structured calendars and clear success metrics
  • Defining CRM measurement strategies, establishing KPIs, benchmarks, and performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Partnering with Business Intelligence to apply predictive modelling and data insights that inform segmentation and strategic decisions
  • Collaborating with the CRM Projects team to translate strategic goals into technical requirements and seamless execution
  • Working closely with the CRM Marketing team and Digital Marketing Director to ensure a cohesive, high-performing communications strategy
  • Leading agency and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with brand standards and performance goals
  • Managing the CRM budget, tracking ROI, revenue contribution, and spend against targets
  • Supporting market-specific content adaptations and translations in partnership with the CRM Marketing team.
