Reports to: General Manager, Marketing

About the role

We're looking for a talented CRM Marketing Executive to join our marketing team on a 7-month maternity leave contract. You'll play a key role in developing, executing and optimising CRM lifecycle programs and managing a small portfolio of websites to drive database growth, customer engagement and retention.

Note: This position is for a temporary period of approximately 7 months, to cover parental Leave

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and execute CRM strategies that drive client acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Build, optimise and deploy EDM and SMS campaigns that are customer-centric, targeted and measurable
  • Design and implement client journeys within CRM platforms using behavioural triggers and automation workflows
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities for improved targeting and personalisatio
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance against KPIs
  • Contribute to the maintenance and optimisation of website content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and meet industry compliance requirements

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or similar
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation and automation
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing EDM/SMS campaigns (HTML/CSS proficiency essential)
  • Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting campaign data and using GA4, Tag Manager or Looker Studio
  • Experience with website content management systems (Umbraco experience highly regarded.
