With Braze, Hightouch, Snowflake, and AI-driven personalisation at your fingertips, to design, launch, and optimise campaigns that reach the right person at the right time with the right message, and at scale.We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (CRM Acquisition) to take ownership of our promotional campaign calendar and drive top-of-funnel growth. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that blends creativity with data, and speed with structure. You'll have the freedom to test and learn, the tools to move quickly, and the support to keep growing, without the red tape of slow-moving corporate environments.What You'll Be DoingPlan, execute, and optimise acquisition-focused campaigns (email, SMS, push) across our verticals, including promotional, reactivation, and seasonal initiativesManage the end-to-end campaign calendar, ensuring timely launches, clean execution, and measurable resultsLeverage tools like Braze, Hightouch, and Snowflake to activate customer data and personalise outreach at scaleChampion a test-and-learn mindset by running A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, CTAs, creative, send times, segments and moreAbout You2–4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketingHands-on experience with marketing platformsComfortable working with data, you know how to turn insight into actionTesting and optimisation, you're always looking for small changes that drive big improvementsHighly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyWe offerA competitive salary package, with strong growth potentialSupportive team & environment (encourage innovation, collaboration & creative thinking)Annual training budget to invest in your learning & developmentHybrid WFH / Sydney CBD Office setupPlease apply using the link OR email your resume to
