- Manage attribution, tracking and reporting processes so teams can see the impact of their work

- Use SQL or BI tools for deeper analysis when required
Enablement and Support
- Train and support team members in HubSpot and connected tools
- Document best practices and maintain clear operating procedures
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve CRM performance
Technical Skills
3+ years of experience in a CRM, RevOps, Marketing Ops or Sales Ops role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong proficiency in CRM architecture including workflows, reports and custom properties
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs or middleware
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Segment, Salesforce, Zapier, Workato or Marketo
- SQL knowledge and experience with BI or analytics tools is a plus
Business Skills
- Strong understanding of go-to-market processes across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
- Experience with lifecycle management, attribution and revenue reporting
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA
Personal Skills
- Clear communicator who can work with both technical and commercial teams
