LOD is the alternative legal services pioneer and with a rapidly growing global footprint, we've transformed the way in which legal professionals and legal teams work. Having recently announced that we are joining forces with Consilio, we will be the worldwide leader in the provision of people and tech solutions to legal teams around the globe spanning Australia, Asia, North America, UK/Europe, and the Middle East.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic sales specialist who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to improve lead generation efforts.
A bit about the role:
- Conduct research to identify target markets, industries, and potential customers for LOD Services
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their legal needs, and promoting the unique value proposition of LOD's services.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Use different channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to find and reach out to potential leads who fit the ideal profile.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with LOD's business objectives.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage, track, and analyze lead interactions and progress through the sales funnel.
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to optimize lead generation efforts.
You will need:
- Tertiary or degree qualification in Business, Legal and/or Technology
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the legal services or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, digital marketing, and CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clientele.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
