About the Role
The Business Coordinator coordinates high level executive, business operations and administrative support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the Groups and support the achievement of Group objectives. Confidentiality and trust are paramount as the role supports the Senior Executives in managing cross-functional issues pertaining to safety, financial, business processes, reporting, strategic planning and organisational improvement.

The role is an Ongoing Full-time position and there is an expectation for the successful candidate to work a minimum of three days a week in the office.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent experience in business operations coordination and administrative services.
  • Experience in business administration and/or executive assistant roles requiring a high level of professional judgement and discretion.
  • Excellent administrative skills and with experience in writing documents such as briefing notes, minute taking, processes and procedures impacting the business operations of the division.
  • Effective computer skills and experience in using different business systems i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Content Manager.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound organisation and time management skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
  • May require NV-01 national security clearance.
