About the engagement Green Light Worldwide is currently partnering with a key client and seeking people for a Call Centre Manager, with team leadership experience in a call centre/customer service environment who are passionate about service delivery and teamwork to support a hardware provider.

In this role, you will be leading the front-line call centre/customer support team. You are passionate about helping people and making a difference to the day-to-day lives of customers, delivering exceptional customer service, coordination and quality support to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of enthusiastic customer service agents.
  • Oversee team performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer escalations.
  • Achieving individual KPIs that are linked to the broader KPI deliverables.
Requirements to be shortlisted
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previously been Customer Service/Call Centre Manager in large enterprise enviroments, currently or in the past
  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading teams within an inbound call centre/customer service environment.
  • Strong prioritisation, decision making and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in the technical, IT and or telecomunications sectors will be highly regarded.
