Customer Service Representative

Bondi Meal Prep – Hybrid Role

Full-time | Immediate Start | Monday to Friday 9:00am –5:00pm

growing team at Bondi Meal Prep We're on the lookout for a proactive and reliable

Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing excellent

support via email, live chat and once trained up over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all customer emails and chat enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive relationship
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., couriers and transport) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our meals
  • Maintain detailed records of customer issues and resolutions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes
  • Complete weekly admin tasks including editing subscriptions and creating/uploading SMS lists

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate challenging situations professionally
  • Proficiency in Gmail and Google Docs/Sheets
  • High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A positive attitude, team mindset, and strong work ethic

Must have the following home office setup:

  • Personal laptop or desktop computer
  • Broadband internet with strong, stable connection
  • Backup internet option (e.g. hotspot)
  • Computer must be free of malware/viruses
  • Active WhatsApp account for internal communication
