and play a key role in bringing world-class racing, membership, and event experiences to life.
About the Role
Reporting to the
Head of Customer Experience & Product Innovation
and the
Head of Membership & Ticketing
, this role is vital in ensuring seamless operational support across ticketing, membership, and customer experience. You'll be the driving force behind smooth processes, efficient service delivery, and memorable interactions for members, guests, and event attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticketing:
Coordinate ticketing requirements for members, premium guests, corporate clients, owners, and the general public, while managing inventory and supporting event execution. - Membership:
Support membership strategies, including fulfilment, sales campaigns, and operational planning for major events such as the Melbourne Cup Carnival. - Customer Experience:
Assist in delivering member and customer experience initiatives, including race day activations and premium dining experiences. - Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, operations, and customer service teams to create exceptional outcomes.
About You
You're a detail-oriented professional with a flair for customer service and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience in membership, ticketing, or customer service roles.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence learning new systems.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to support key race days and events.
