Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and organised Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed as a stepping stone into Project Management, giving you hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle — from scheduling and logistics to reporting and client communications.

You'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, supporting our Operations team, and ensuring the highest standard of delivery across sites.

What you'll do
  • Coordinate job scheduling, logistics, and site readiness.
  • Upload site notes, photos, and variations into systems on time.
  • Assist PMs with reporting, cost tracking, and invoicing.
  • Liaise with installers, apprentices, and logistics to keep daily workflows on track.
  • Escalate issues through the Operations escalation path.
  • Contribute to documenting and refining the Kustom Timber Way for project delivery.

  • A clear communicator with trades, clients, and internal teams.
  • Confident with systems (Nexvia, HubSpot, Xero, Excel).
  • Team-focused, reliable, and proactive.
  • An interest in building a career in Project Management.
