Role Description

As our
Lead Generator / Sales Executive
, your mission is clear:
bring in new customers and drive business growth
. You will:

  • Identify and connect with potential customers through targeted research, strategic networking, and effective outbound outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads from multiple sources, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Build relationships and communicate how our AI-powered solutions solve specific business challenges.
  • Set up discovery calls and product demos for the senior sales team.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns that attract and engage high-value prospects.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech, AI, or automation).
  • Proven track record of
    bringing in new customers
    and exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and value-based pitching.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
