Admin and Customer Service Officer
Roster: Initial 3-month casual duration with the potential to move to permanent direct with the client | Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
Location: Hervey Bay, QLD
Skills & Experience
- Current Driver's Licence (Essential)
- Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Essential)
- Can handle competing priorities
- Good work ethic
- Commitment to safety
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High attention to detail
Duties & Responsibilities
- Billing customers (External Transporters, Returned & Confirmed jobs)
- Emailing invoices to customers with copies of service dockets
- Providing copies of invoices
- Credit Processing
- Debt recovery
- Raising work orders
- Customer Communications
- Customer update letters
- Safety issues as reported by drivers
- Access Requirements
- Uniform Orders
