FleetCrew is expanding in Townsville and we're looking for a motivated Customer Service & Administration Officer to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers and support our new branch operations.

FleetCrew provides 4WD rental vehicles to industries across mining, construction, and tourism.

What you'll do

  • Welcome customers and manage vehicle pick-ups and returns
  • Conduct pre-hire checks and condition reports
  • Assist the workshop team and head office with admin tasks
  • Move vehicles between branches as needed
  • General office and customer service duties

What you'll bring

  • Friendly and professional customer service manner
  • Reliability, attention to detail and strong teamwork
  • Good computer skills (MS Office experience ideal)
  • Manual driver's licence (preferable)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
