The Role

As a Race Day Operator, you'll be right at the heart of live racing. Working closely with our operations team and racetrack partners, you'll ensure flawless data capture and smooth event delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Set up and operate our in-house race tracking technology
  • Capture and monitor live race data with 100% accuracy
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time using remote tools
  • Report and log incidents in Jira
  • Analyse trends to help prevent future issues
  • Prepare and submit daily race reports
  • Support system maintenance and software updates

What We're Looking For

  • Sharp eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy
  • Cool under pressure — you thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with diagnostic tools
  • Great communicator and team player
  • Available 2–3 times per week, including evenings and either Saturday or Sunday
  • Flexible with working hours (we operate 7 days a week, aligned with live racing events)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in sports operations or live data capture
  • Knowledge of system integrations
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
