Ranging from Fashion, Health, Beauty, Kitchen, Electronics, Homewares and Jewellery departments all from the comfort of your home, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Opportunity:
The Operations Assistant reports to the Merchandising Operations Manager. The Operations Assistant works with multiple teams across the business including Merchandising, Warehouse, Finance, Studio, as well as managers, and stakeholders. Assisting with day-to-day functions of the organisation, as well as developing and implementing strategies and processes that maximise the productivity of the company's employees and daily business. The position relies on effective organisational and communication skills As part of the operations team, you will be participating wherever necessary to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Merchandising Operations Manager with all tasks, including data entry, preparing documents, training, and knowledge of business functions.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team finalising month end procedures.
- Liaise with the warehouse on deliveries, requirements and management of stock.
- Assist with implementing policies and procedures across the company.
- Collaborate with any team or department to plan strategies for guiding employees and processes so as to maximise company efficiency.
- Multitask across multiple projects

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role with business related exposure would be helpful
- Ability to problem solve within an acceptable time frame
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Superb time-management and organisational skills
- Proficiency with common Office productivity software, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Experience with managing projects is valuable, as well as a knowledge and understanding of the retail environment

The position will be located at the brands' Northern Beaches HQ with onsite parking.
