**Your Impact**

Your job title is Race Data Operator, and your primary function is to operate our SMART _race day tracking _solution and capture real time data.

Your input to our company matters; our data is seen and used by broadcasters, punters, and racing professionals across the globe.

Accuracy and having an eye for detail is paramount.

We operate seven days a week, however we are primarly looking for dedicated individuals who can work 1 to 2 shifts on Wednesdays and weekends, as well as on public holidays. We offer both day and evening shifts, each averaging around 6 hours in duration. Your work schedule will be on a rotating roster, providing flexibility and variety.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation of racecourse and race day infrastructure/software.
- Set up and operate race day tracking systems.
- Liaise with tripleSdata staff and external third parties and clients to ensure a smooth and professional delivery of race day operations.
- Perform post-race day activities such as, but not limited to, race day reports and error management.
- Perform QA of new systems and software, identifying any issues and working with the relevant teams with error and management reports.
- Assist with maintenance and software updates when required.
- Assist with system and product documentation including reviews and updates.
- Analyse trends to prevent re-occurring issues, alert management, and staff to process and troubleshooting improvements.
- Report weekly support actions to Operations Manager.
- Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.

**Key Technical Skills & Experience**
- Ideally experienced in real time sports or racing data capture.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A good understanding of networking technology.
- Computer proficiency with strong technical and analytical skills.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office products.
- High level of interest to learn new skills.
- Excellent communications skills, be confident, be able to contribute. and work in a team environment or flying solo and accept accountability for actions.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- High level of concentration.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
