Part of Sime Motors Australia, specialises in restoring high-end cars to showroom perfection. We are currently seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist to be the face of our fast-paced, premium workshop.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients assisting with enquiries, coordinating with insurance companies and ensuring a seamless repair experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to facilitate the claims and repair process and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Utilise Insurer systems and iBody software to track repairs and updates.
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their vehicle repairs providing timely updates and managing expectations.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using software systems; experience with iBody or similar programs is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
