GOSSI Park & Street Furniture, part of G.James Specialty Products, designs, manufactures, and installs stylish outdoor furniture and structures serving local governments, schools, shopping centres, sports clubs, and more. 

Based at our Eagle Farm, Brisbane, sales showroom and manufacturing site, we're looking for a Customer Service Officer (Manufacturing & Building Customers). You'll support our sales and production teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. 

The Role

You'll manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, provide quotes and tenders, place orders, and follow up. You'll also: 

  • Offer solutions using your product expertise
  • Collaborate on production and sales targets
  • Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve issues
  • Analyse customer orders and complete ad hoc administrative tasks

About You

You've found your niche in customer service and sales, easily building rapport while handling competing priorities. You bring: 

  • Customer service experience in manufacturing or industrial settings desired
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, analytical thinking, and positivity
  • Strong computer skills are essential, especially proficiency with Office 365.
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle) and CRM tools is desirable
  • Great time management and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive mindset and drive to develop your career
