  • We are hiring for a Customer Service Officer to join our team.
  • Step into a business that offers invaluable solutions to customers managing their waste and recycling needs. You'll work with residential, business and council customers on a wide range of queries, where you'll work out solutions and ensure they feel well looked after.
  • As the Customer Service Officer, you are the true voice of the customer and often the face of our business for many of our customers.
  • You'll work to resolve customer issues, which involves engaging with most teams across the business to deliver on a range of activities such as raising work orders, assisting customer onboarding, following up driver requirements and much more. No day is ever the same

Who you are
  • You'll have prior experience with business customers, in either a customer care or support role and working with SLAs. Ideally you'll be experienced with Salesforce and enjoy working in a busy, supportive team environment.
  • Customer Centric: Key to the success of this role is being customer-centric, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Solution orientated: You'll use your positive attitude and natural ability to solve problems to great effect in this role, did we mention no two days are the same?

  • Communication: Your passion for people will be evident. You'll be a great communicator, with the ability to engage and inform customers
  • Attributes: Experience in the waste arena is nice to have, but more important is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues by engaging with multiple teams across the business.
  • Raise work orders and assist with customer onboarding.
  • Follow up driver requirements and manage related activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers feel well looked after.
Requirements
  • You'll need a copy of a current licence and proof of entitlement to work in Australia.
  • You'll undergo a police check and pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
