ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Officer to join our site in Sunshine (16 Annastasia Way, Sunshine North VIC In this role, you will be responsible for completing front-of-house administrative duties and providing our customers with exceptional customer service.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong computer literacy skills, proficient with MS Office product, and the ability to learn new systems
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills demonstrating your flair for exceptional customer service
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion to learn and succeed.
- Previous experience in office-based customer service role.
- Insurance Industry experience highly regarded.
- Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
- Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
