NSW Ambulance is seeking a Clinical Quality Registries Coordinator to lead the development and management of high-impact, clinical registries that inform research, benchmark care, and drive quality improvement through our organisation. Join a dynamic and growing team where your expertise can contribute improvements in out of hospital healthcare.

About the Opportunity:

In this role you will plan, develop, implement and manage the Cardiac Arrest Registry, and other Clinical quality registries that NSW Ambulance may establish, which produce information that can be used to inform improvements in healthcare quality and support research for monitoring and benchmarking quality of clinical care. You will provide advice and support to the Manager Research & Evaluation plus Executive Director Medical Services & Research on all matters concerning clinical quality registries.

Please note:
 This position is valid until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.

About You:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for improving healthcare through data and collaboration. You will have a strong background in health sciences or clinical systems, with experience in managing complex registries. A successful candidate will be a clear communicator, a proactive problem solver, and someone who builds strong relationships whilst maintaining high quality standards.
