Our client is a well regarded and growing multi state residential aged care provider delivering quality person centered care to their residents up the eastern seaboard of Australia. Reporting to an outstanding Executive Manager the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Residence Managers, Clinical Care Managers and care teams across the homes in NSW to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and clinical care. This role ensures systems and practices are person-centred, compliant with the Strengthened Aged Care Standards, and informed by contemporary clinical evidence.

Working in partnership with facility-based leaders to strengthen clinical governance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that residents retain choice, control, and dignity in all aspects of their care, the successful candidate will also provide a supportive role, providing mentoring to staff when required. 

The successful candidate will be an RN with proven Quality and Compliance experience gained from within the residential aged care sector. In addition to your outstanding interpersonal and time management skills, you will also be able to demonstrate your ability to implement and maintain quality systems in the aged care sector and prepare detailed quality reports for Clinical Governance. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel is also essential for the role.
