At Canopy Clinical Research, we're on a mission to advance medical research and improve lives. As a clinical trials network, we connect patients with cutting-edge treatments and support pharmaceutical innovation. To help us reach more people and recruit participants effectively, we're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will take the lead in planning, executing, and optimising digital advertising campaigns aimed at patient recruitment for clinical trials. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our studies are seen by the right people at the right time—helping move research forward faster and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage multi-channel digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, TikTok) to drive patient recruitment for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and marketing team to define campaign goals, audiences, messaging, and creative strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing updates required for Canopy Clinical website
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns in real-time to maximise performance, engagement, and conversions.
  • Leverage A/B testing, retargeting, and segmentation strategies to improve patient acquisition.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, using metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPL, and enrolment conversion rates.
  • Ensure all advertising materials comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines specific to clinical research.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword strategies, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trial recruitment will be highly valued
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.

Canopy Clinical Research is a dedicated, multi-site, private Clinical Trials network on the East-coast of Australia. We conduct trials on a broad therapeutic range, from Phase 1 through to Phase 4. We excel in generalist studies with a large volunteer recruitment pool and have proven to be equally capable in delivering results for more specialist indications requiring patients.
