We are a Gympie based Accounting & Financial Services Firm, requiring a Client Services Manager to join our Admin team for an immediate start.

We provide a paperless flexible work environment, first class IT department, and all the training and support you'll require.

The role of the Client Services Manager (CSM) is to support the professional team through the efficient and professional operation of all client administration tasks. The CSM position is a pivotal role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, client focus, confidentiality, excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills and an appreciation of the entrepreneurial spirit and the business community.

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrates leadership qualities
  • Displays outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Juggles multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service background - in accounting, and/or previous team leader/ manager experience would be an advantage
  • Experience using MYOB and other accounting software programs highly desirable
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, able to work effectively in a team and autonomously

Your new position will involve:

  • Supporting our accountants by helping with client onboarding, job setups, lodging returns, client proposals and preparing documents for clients to sign
  • Assist clients to provide all required documents & information requested by the professional team
  • Maintain the quality of client & contact data in the practice management system
  • Monitor client portal for incoming and outgoing information
  • Relief Reception duties
  • Banking & general administrative duties
