We're seeking a senior structural leader —
Associate Director, Technical Director or Director level
— who can step in as a Project Director, alleviating some of the load from current managers and driving both technical and commercial outcomes across multiple projects.

You'll be:


Strategically minded
– confident overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, guiding teams and managing client expectations with clarity and tact.


Diplomatic and perceptive
– skilled at navigating complex stakeholder dynamics with awareness, professionalism, and sound judgement.


Technically strong
– experienced across a diverse range of structures, with a deep understanding of design principles, constructability, and quality delivery.


People-focused
– a natural mentor who supports and develops junior engineers while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Calm and composed
– able to balance design intent with commercial realities, ensuring outcomes that meet both engineering and client objectives.
