The Opportunity

Country Managing Director – Australia
to provide strategic and operational leadership across all business functions, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient experience.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will oversee a multidisciplinary leadership team encompassing Growth, Patient Support, Medical Operations, Clinical Operations, Fulfilment, and Operational Excellence in a broader team of 50+ people.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape and execute the company's strategic direction, embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and drive outcomes that balance quality, compliance, and profitability.
You will be accountable for providing strategic and operational leadership across national healthcare operations, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performing systems that support rapid growth and regulatory change. You will also drive performance against key commercial and clinical metrics, optimising customer acquisition, revenue, cost efficiency, and financial outcomes through data-informed decision-making.
As a leader, you will develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and accountability, while ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and service delivery.
About You
You are a hands-on, strategic leader with proven success in scaling service-led or healthcare organisations. You combine strong commercial acumen with deep operational insight and a people-first mindset. You bring:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience within a service-led, scaling, or healthcare organisation
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience driving performance through strong people leadership and cultural alignment
- A proven record in executing strategic growth, change, and improvement programs
- Strong analytical, financial, and data-driven decision-making capability
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
