Corporate Sales Representative

We're looking for a personable, detail-savvy and sales-focused B2B Corporate Sales Representative to join the Archie Rose team in a part-time role.
You'll support clients looking to purchase personalised Archie Rose spirits — from branded bottles for corporate gifting to tailored spirits for weddings, celebrations and business milestones. Your goal? To make their buying experience seamless, enjoyable and hassle-free — while confidently converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
In this role, you'll respond to incoming enquiries, prepare quotes, answer questions and guide customers through the ordering process — always with warmth, professionalism and a strong focus on delivering results. You'll also be comfortable picking up the phone to follow up with leads and support conversion, and recommend other Archie Rose offerings, such as venue hire or spirits masterclasses.
We're looking for someone who's organised, confident and motivated by great service and sales outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with enquiries for personalised and corporate spirit orders
 - Preparing quotes and guiding clients through the ordering process
 - Following up leads to help convert interest into confirmed orders
 - Maintaining accurate records of enquiries, orders and client interactions
 - Identifying and flagging potential cross-sell opportunities (e.g. events or experiences)
 
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in B2B customer service, admin or hospitality with a sales focus.
 - Confident and friendly communication skills
 - Highly organised with strong attention to detail
 - A proactive, solutions-focused approach to helping customers
