The Role:

As a Payroll Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll gain exposure to a range of payroll complexities and systems, with opportunities to grow your technical skills as the organisation prepares for a major payroll system transformation.

What you'll do:

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing for up to 8,000 employees (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly).
  • Manage payroll across 15 Enterprise Agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Use Preceda and Dayforce to process payroll data, working across multiple systems including Oracle HCM.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve queries and maintain data integrity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
