The Role

We are seeking a full-time Payroll Officer to join our National Payroll Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and efficient payroll services to employees, and contributing to related payroll reporting and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with data entry and preparation of the fortnightly payroll and superannuation payments
  • Liaising and responding to staff queries in relation to payroll
  • Assisting with month and year end payroll reporting and reconciliations
  • In the Payroll Manager's absence, running the full payroll processes

Requirements:

In order to be successful in this position, it is essential that you have a proven track record in a corporate environment with end-to-end payroll processing within Chris21, or another payroll platform. Preferably, you will have previously worked in an autonomous position, and have excellent attention to detail and possess superior customer service skills.
