Kiva Wellness is one of Australia's fastest growing wellness brands offering premium infrared saunas, ice baths and sleep technology. We are scaling quickly, targeting record sales for 2025 and preparing for the new era of digital discovery powered by AI and generative search.

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
to join our driven marketing team.

You will work alongside an in house marketing team plus external agencies to own the performance side of our digital marketing.

What You Will Do

Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Meta Bing and other emerging AI driven ad formats
  • Scale high performing campaigns while controlling CPA, maintaining a strong ROAS whilst monitoring MER

SEO and GEO (with agency support)

  • Partner with our SEO and GEO agency to shape strategy set KPIs and ensure execution delivers commercial outcomes
  • Ensure Kiva is visible not just in search engines but in generative answer engines through structured content conversational queries and schema

Analytics and Reporting

  • Own the performance tracking stack including GA4 Triple Whale Klaviyo and server side tracking
  • Deliver clear reports that link spend to revenue and profit

Conversion and Funnel Optimisation

  • Collaborate with our CRO and web manager to improve landing pages funnels and customer journeys
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with our marketing team to align digital performance with brand strategy
  • Manage agency relationships and hold them accountable to ROI

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activity digital marketing trends and shifts in AI driven discovery
  • Recommend proactive steps to keep Kiva Wellness ahead

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing ideally ecommerce
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise large paid budgets
  • Strong understanding of SEO and some experience with analytics GEO and AI search exposure is a plus
  • Confidence working with agencies and translating their work into business growth
  • Commercial mindset with focus on revenue and profit not just clicks
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work with brand CRO content and design
