With exciting growth now underway, we are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Coordinator to lead our Knoxfield team. This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and smooth day to day operation of the Knoxfield branch. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who builds lasting customer relationships. If you are looking for your next opportunity in a trade sales role, then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Knoxfield branch to deliver operational and sales targets.
- Oversee warehouse operations, trade sales, inventory management and supplier orders.
- Implement company pricing strategy.
- Implement KPI's including sales, margin and stock control.
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.
- Build on existing and develop new customer relationships.
- Drive a high-performance team culture through training, coaching and development.
- Collaborate closely with head office and other branches to ensure best practice operations and consistent communication.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in managing a trade sales location or B2B sales operation.
- Previous HVAC experience a bonus but not essential
- Skills in customer development.
- Ability to build and develop a team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A current driver's license.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
