Our client is a a trusted business with many years of manufacturing an extensive range of power Tools and accessories. They are currently seeking a friendly and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their team in the Scoresby Office.
This is an ongoing casual role for min 2 -3 months could potentially become Full time for the right candidate. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, with an immediate start for the right individual.
Your duties will include the following tasks:
- Answering phone calls
- Data Entry
- Booking in repairs for service technicians
- ordering spare parts
- organising repair pick up or organising deliveries.
- following & directing Emails
to be sucessful for this position you MUST:
- have good customer service skills
- a excellent phone manner
- excellent communication skills
- good computer skills
You must be well presented and possesses excellent organisation and customer service skills. Proven experience in a Customer service / Administration role, or similar will be advantageous, and computer literacy is essential.
Drivers license essential and be available immediately for interview in our Knoxfield branch.
