Business Development Manager

IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking a
driven, commercially astute Business Development Manager
to take charge of a team of established, high-performing sales professionals at our Osborne Park office. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned operator who can demonstrate immediate impact and sustained profit growth.
About the Role
This is not a role for the faint-hearted. We are looking for a results-driven leader who can
deliver measurable profit growth
across multiple dimensions:
- Gross & Net Profit Expansion
– Drive bottom-line performance in line with agreed metrics. - Customer Growth
– Expand and deepen our client base across targeted segments. - Margin Improvement
– Increase net profit margin through strategic pricing and efficiency gains. - Team Leadership
– Lead, motivate, and manage an in-house sales team while overseeing Virtual Assistants and maintaining awareness of everyone's performance. - Operational Oversight
– Manage day-to-day financials, reporting, and administration with precision. - Marketing Integration
– Engage and coordinate with a segmented freelance marketing team to accelerate customer acquisition, retention and after sales. 
The role begins with a
$70k base salary
, with substantial upside available for those who can
prove their value quickly and consistently exceed targets
.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven success
in business development, sales management or even a General Manger role as this position has a very broad scope and leads to an eventual GM position once the appropriate scale is achieved. - Previous exposure to
technology, hospitality, or B2B industries
(highly regarded). - Essential Skills:
 - Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
 - Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
 - Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills.
 - Demonstrated track record of surpassing ambitious sales targets.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in
Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
preferred. - Relevant industry certifications an advantage.
 - Australian work rights
essential. - Valid driver's licence required for client engagement.
 - Background checks may apply.
