About the role

Central Cleaning Supplies (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced State Manager to lead our Western Australian operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Osborne Park office. As State Manager, you will oversee all sales and operational activities across the state, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed our commercial objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute the state-based sales and operational strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and training to optimise performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the pursuit of strategic accounts
  • Oversee inventory management, logistics, and distribution to optimise efficiency and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the national leadership team

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, ideally within the cleaning supplies or related industry
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of senior management experience with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to drive high performance
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management expertise
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
  • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
