The opportunity
We are seeking a detail-focused and improvement-driven supervisor to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will oversee compliance across our sites, equipment, and services, while leading a small team to deliver accurate reporting and continuous improvement.
This role is central to how PRC meets its regulatory, contractual, and accreditation obligations, ensuring we operate to the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
• Manage incident reporting, privacy notifications, FOI requests, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee accreditation processes for non-doctor staff, site registrations, and equipment compliance.
• Ensure PRC meets obligations under Medicare, DIAS, poisons control, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare compliance and contract reports, supporting investigations and follow-up actions.
• Lead and develop a small team with a customer service mindset.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting cycles.
About you
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, or regulatory processes.
• Confident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Experience in healthcare or accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
• A mindset that balances accuracy with a drive for continuous improvement.
