What position do we have available?
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Oceania to strengthen and grow key channel partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of strategic accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across targeted end markets.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and grow key channel accounts through strategic planning, relationship building, and performance management.
 - Lead joint business planning with partners – aligning sales forecasts, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies.
 - Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries to expand market share.
 - Build a strong sales pipeline and deliver revenue and margin growth in line with company objectives.
 - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
 - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
 - Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.

If you have the following skills and experience then this may just be the perfect position for you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
 - 5+ years' experience in business development or key account management – ideally within welding, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
 - Proven success managing channel partnerships and achieving significant revenue growth.
 - Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
 - Strong proficiency in CRM systems, reporting, and Microsoft Office tools.
 - A willingness to travel extensively across the Oceania region.
