Romeo's Retail Group has exciting immediate openings within our Locali by Romeo's location in the Sydney CBD. We're currently seeking a Kitchen Hand (15–20 hrs/week) and a Pizza Chef (20–30 hrs/week) to join our dynamic team. Available Roles

Kitchen Hand (Casual, 15–20 hrs/week)

As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play a key role in supporting our culinary team by maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils

• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• A team-focused attitude and willingness to assist where needed

Pizza Chef (Casual, 20–30 hrs/week)

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to prepare high-quality Italian dishes, including pizzas and pastas, for both in-store dining and "on the go" customers.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Italian cuisine – particularly pizza and pasta preparation

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation, freshness, and taste

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

• A passion for creating authentic Italian food and delivering an exceptional customer experience
