About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Junior Sous Chef. You'll play a key role in leading daily operations at the Sydney Brewery which offers a delicious craft beers and casual pub meals from pan‑fried snapper to wood‑fired pizzas. You’ll help deliver product consistency, food safety, and train junior staff. This hands‑on role offers the chance to grow your skills, contribute to a dynamic kitchen culture, and develop your career.

Skills & Experience

- 2-3 years' experience as a Junior Sous Chef in hotels, restaurants, pubs or bistros.

- Experience across the kitchen including pans, grill and wood‑fired pizzas.

- Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.

- Attention to detail, well‑presented and high standards of cleanliness.

- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard.

- A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
