The Role
We're seeking a confident and commercially driven
Regional Manager
to oversee 7–10 stores across NSW. This is a key leadership role, suited to someone with experience in high-ticket, solution-based retail environments. You'll report into the National Manager and lead a team of passionate sales professionals focused on building customer trust and closing sales through genuine consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Store Managers to deliver on sales and service targets
- Drive a consultative sales culture focused on customer outcomes
- Coach teams to sell with confidence and commercial awareness
- Ensure operational excellence across the region
- Collaborate with key head office teams to optimise performance
About You
- Strong multi-site retail leadership experience (ideally 7+ stores)
- Background in consultative, considered sales environments
- Experience leading teams selling high-value, design-led or home lifestyle products
- Hands-on and present leader who coaches in real-time
- High level of emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
