The Role

We are looking for a casual Concierge to join our team. As a member of the Concierge team, you will play an important role in fostering a sense of community amongst residents and ensuring the safety & security of our community. On a day-to-day basis, you will be coordinating requests on behalf of residents, maintaining the overall presentation of the building, and conducting perimeter & floor walks to ensure the security of our building is maintained.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing exceptional, above-and-beyond service to all residents
  • Looking after the security of the building and monitoring CCTV systems
  • Facilitating parcel delivery and collections
  • Assisting with communal area bookings, pre and post booking checks
  • Assisting with move in & move out bookings and relevant inductions
  • Ensuring a high standard of presentation and cleanliness of the building
  • Liasing with Contractors for common area works

Requirements:

  • Availability to work on a rotating 24/7 roster.
  • Previous Concierge experience is highly preferred.
  • Punctual and reliable with a professional approach and a polished presentation.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Competent in working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
  • A commitment to providing memorable experiences to our residents through building strong relationships
