We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the role of a casual concierge/caretaker at our esteemed apartment complex nearby Fitzroy Garden. If you thrive in social settings, excel at resolving complex issues, and have a knack for negotiation, this is your chance to become part of our team.

What we expected from you:

• Positive and welcoming personality with high standard of personal presentation,

• The patience to communicate effectively,

• Availability to work during the following hours:

• Weekdays: from 3:30,

• Weekends: Start from late afternoon.

• Good eye for details,

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities,

• General cleaning and hospitality related experience.

Your role will involve:

• Provide a 5 stars efficient service to our residents in the building,

• Helping trades and visitors to sign-in and out of the building,

• Finding and solving various building related issues,

• Keeping the highest security standard,
