One of Australia's premium apartment buildings in **East Melbourne **is operated and maintains 5 star hotel type services to meet the needs and expectations of Owners, Residents and Visitors. There is a major building upgrade and renovation program underway that will continue to elevate the buildings reputation in the real estate market as a premium facility that is an extremely desirable address.

Because we are a renowned as an **above award** paying employer we are looking for an exceptional ‘people person’ to join the Concierge team, which operates on a 24/7 basis. Customer focused superstars need only apply

**Qualifications & experience**
- 12 months minimum in exclusive client facing role
- Great communication skills mandatory, as is the ability to anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight
- Exemplary multi tasking and working under pressure without becoming flustered is a must
- Must value clients privacy in and out of work

**Tasks & responsibilities**

Meet & Greet Residents and Visitors

Handle all requests promptly & efficiently

Coordinate contractor services & maintenance requests

Protection of building access & resident privacy

Log any incidents

Contractor Management Fire Services

Warden & Chief Fire Warden responsibilities

Appreciation and understanding of the importance of building security

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.89 - $37.05 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
