Aspect Personnel in Melbourne are recruiting for Temporary Receptionists/Concierge to work over the
**Christmas/Holiday period (Dec/Jan).**

**About us**:
Aspect Personnel is an established recruitment agency, specializing in engineering, architecture & design, construction & property and town planning sectors across Victoria.

We are seeking
**flexible and motivated Receptionists** who are available anytime between the following dates:

- **Wed 28th Dec - Fri 30th Dec**:

- **Tue 3rd Jan - Fri 13th Jan**:

- This can be one day or even longer coverage for these dates.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage the reception desk and greet all visitors in a welcoming manner
- Answer all phone calls in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
- Perform administrative tasks accurately
- Provide ad hoc assistance

**Required skills**:

- Strong customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to take initiative & prioritise
- Ability to pick up new software’s quickly
