As we continue to expand across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and regional areas, we are seeking a driven and detail focused Service Manager to lead operations and ensure high service standards across multiple client sites.

About the Role

You'll be the operational heartbeat of our cleaning division, coordinating daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards in service delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cleaning services across multiple commercial and residential sites
  • Lead, train, and support a diverse cleaning team and subcontractors
  • Conduct routine site inspections and enforce WHS compliance
  • Manage rostering, timesheets, and consumables/equipment logistics
  • Liaise with clients to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
  • Assist with staff onboarding and ensure smooth workflow across regions
  • Travel as required throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas

Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • A background in business, leadership, or operations (qualifications desirable)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory or service role
  • Experience in the cleaning industry (commercial/residential)
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Full Australian working rights
